its been slow going...the smaller LED's are proving to be a real bitch to get into place, but i ordered some smaller ones in hopes of it making it easier. in any case, i got the battery packs made and discovered they didnt fit under the sentinals base like i thought they would....back to the drawing board.
with the help of a second sentinals base (he is hanging from the ceiling) i came up with this...
a couple Tech Deck snowboards for support and some super-glue and presto...a 3/4 tube with tons of interior room. i am working on fixing up the ends and making a new support for the hallow tube that will carry the wires from the sentinal to the base.
one end done and kinda painted....not really.
i think once i get everything in its final place, ill cut down 4 of the tenticles and attach them to the tenticles coming out of the base, just to help finish it off.
